Who We Represent in the Action

Stichting Bescherming Privacybelangen protects the interests of consumers residing in the Netherlands who, on or after 1 March 2012, have used Google’s products or services and are therefore aggrieved by Google’s privacy violations.

Google’s products and services include the following:

  • Google Account;
  • Gmail;
  • Smartphone with the Android operating system;
  • Google Search;
  • YouTube;
  • Google Maps;
  • Google Chrome;
  • Google Drive;
  • Google Docs;
  • Google Translate;
  • Google Play;
  • Google Photos;
  • Google Chromebook;
  • Google Nest product;
  • Google Pay; and
  • Fitbit.
